Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar, light
  • 1 small onion(s), diced
  • 40 ml coffee cream
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp lemon juice
  • 4 dashes of Maggi
  • ¼ tsp vegetable broth, granulated
  • 4 dashes sweetener
  • 9 tbsp sunflower oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Combine vinegar, onion, coffee cream, mustard, Maggi, vegetable stock, sweetener, and lemon juice. Finally, whisk in the oil.
