Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 100 g blue cheese (Roquefort)
- 4 tbsp sour cream
- 1 tbsp vinegar (white wine vinegar)
- ½ piece(s) lemon(s), juice
- Salt and pepper, white
- nutmeg
- 1 tbsp chives, very finely chopped
- 1 tsp parsley, very finely chopped
- 1 shallot(s), very finely chopped (finely grate if necessary)
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Mash the cheese on a plate with a fork, transfer it to a bowl, and mix well with the sour cream, wine vinegar, and lemon juice. Season to taste with salt (careful, the cheese is salty!), pepper, and nutmeg. Stir in the chives, parsley, and shallot.
