Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 6 tbsp vinegar (elderflower vinegar or other)
  • 2 tbsp honey (flower honey)
  • 1 tbsp mustard (e.g. from Born)
  • 1 pinch(s) of salt and pepper
  • 500 g yogurt, low-fat (1.5%)
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s), peeled and chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

for liver skewers or salad

Add all ingredients one at a time to a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. This dressing goes well with any leafy salad. Tip: If you like, you can add garlic and/or herbs. You can also mix in fresh bell peppers.
