Salad: Egg Salad with Curry

The perfect salad: egg salad with curry recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

for the sauce

  • 1 Diced onion
  • 1 tbsp Capers
  • 100 g Natural yoghurt
  • 100 ml Curry spice sauce
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper

also

  • 1 tbsp Chives rings
  1. Dice eggs, mix with capers and diced onions
  2. Pour yoghurt and curry spice sauce over it, season with salt, pepper and mix well. Decorate with chives rings before serving.
  3. A fresh rye bread or sesame potatoes simply tastes good with it (recipe in my KB)
