Salad for children

Spread the love

Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • ½ lettuce or other salads
  • 8 radishes
  • ½ bunch of spring onions or white onions (but they have a sharper taste)
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • ¼ head of radicchio
  • 8 tomatoes or 16 cherry tomatoes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 can tuna in its own juice (approx. 180 g)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with tuna

Wash all ingredients and drain. The most important thing when making a salad for children is to chop everything as finely as possible. It’s best to chop the radishes and leeks. The ingredients will be barely recognizable in the mix. After chopping, combine everything in a bowl and add the tuna and its juices. Season with vinegar and oil and mix well. Add pepper, salt, and various herbs to taste. I recommend omitting these to avoid spoiling the initial flavor.
