Salad dressing with yogurt and crème fraîche

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 50 g yogurt 3.5% fat
  • 50 g crème fraîche
  • 1 tbsp salad cream (Miracel Whip)
  • 1 tsp, strained mustard, medium hot
  • 2 tbsp rapeseed oil
  • 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar, lighter
  • some honey
  • Salt or herbal salt
  • Lemon pepper
  • 1 tbsp chives

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

wonderful with mixed salads

Combine the yogurt, crème fraîche, salad dressing, and mustard in a bowl and mix. Then add the rapeseed oil and balsamic vinegar and stir in. Season with salt, pepper, and honey. Fold in the finely chopped chives. We usually serve this with iceberg lettuce, peppers, and tomatoes.
