Salad: Pasta Salad with Nectarines

  • 250 g Trenette from the refrigerator are thin ribbon noodles
  • 250 g Corn grains
  • 2 Spring onions
  • 2 Nectarines
  • 4 El Olive oil, orange – own production
  • 2 El Orange balsamic vinegar
  • Chilli flakes, a few turns from the grinder
  • Salt and pepper to your own taste
  • 5 El Asisa sauce, sweet and sour
  • 15 size Basil leaves
  1. Cook the pasta according to the instructions, they are cooked after about 3 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, dice the spring onions and the peeled nectarines. Cut the basil leaves into fine strips.
  3. Make the dressing from all the other ingredients. Put the drained pasta in a bowl with a lid.
  4. Fold in the onion and nectarine and pour over the dressing. Stir briefly. Then cover with the lid and turn the bowl upside down from time to time. So everything can mix well with each other. Let stand for about an hour to steep.
