Salad: Pasta Salad
The perfect salad: pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 200 g Pasta at will
- 4 Spring onions
- 150 g Bacon
- 2 El Orange balsamic vinegar
- 0,5 Tl Chili oil
- 1 Tl Olive oil
- 1 Tl Pasta spice – tomato, garlic, parsley, basil –
- 1 El Chinese sauce, sweet
- Some rocket to taste
- 1 Bit Chopped cucumber
- Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and place in a bowl
- Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy
- Chop the spring onions and cucumber very finely
- Mix all ingredients with the pasta
- Make the salad dressing from the other ingredients and pour over the pasta, stir well and let stand for about half an hour
- Addendum: The leftovers taste very good even when warmed up.
