Salad: Pasta Salad

The perfect salad: pasta salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 200 g Pasta at will
  • 4 Spring onions
  • 150 g Bacon
  • 2 El Orange balsamic vinegar
  • 0,5 Tl Chili oil
  • 1 Tl Olive oil
  • 1 Tl Pasta spice – tomato, garlic, parsley, basil –
  • 1 El Chinese sauce, sweet
  • Some rocket to taste
  • 1 Bit Chopped cucumber
  1. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain and place in a bowl
  2. Fry the bacon in the pan until crispy
  3. Chop the spring onions and cucumber very finely
  4. Mix all ingredients with the pasta
  5. Make the salad dressing from the other ingredients and pour over the pasta, stir well and let stand for about half an hour
  6. Addendum: The leftovers taste very good even when warmed up.
