  • 1 quarter v.e. head Iceberg lettuce
  • 4 Pcs. Tomatoes colored if possible
  • 4 Pcs. Sprouts of your choice
  • 1 Bullet Burrata (Italian cream cheese)
  • Black olives to taste, (with seeds)
  • Dressing
  • 1 Tablespoon Cream / sour cream 20% fat
  • 1 Tablespoon Sweet mustard
  • 3 tablespoon Ressi vinegar (from the region)
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • 1 Teaspoon. Honey
  • Water a little
  • Ramafine to taste
  • Olive oil the good
  • Slices of smoked goose breast
  • Shaker
  • Put the ingredients for the dressing in the shaker
