Salad Plate

The perfect salad plate recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 Chicory
  • 2 Mandarins
  • 50 g Pine nuts
  • 4 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Red wine vinegar
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  1. Toast the pine nuts in the pan until golden brown. Wash the baby spinach if necessary and arrange on a plate. Remove the stalk of the chicory. Cut off the tips of the chicory and fan them apart, cut the lower half into wedges and spread on top of the spinach. Peel the mandarins and cut the whole fruit into slices, also place on the salad plate.
  2. Mix the ingredients for the dressing together, season to taste and spoon-wise spread over the salad plate. Finally, sprinkle the roasted pine nuts over the salad. Good Appetite 🙂
