Salad Plate with Chicken Strips

- 300 g Chicken schnitzel
- 1 St Colorful head of lettuce
- Beetroot preserve drained
- Canned corn
- Buffalo mozzarella balls
- Silver onions, canned, drained
- Coleslaw
- 2 St Diced tomatoes
- 1 St Red peppers diced
- Sweet Chili Sauce
- Mustard pickle
- Cut the schnitzel into fine strips
- Briefly fry the chicken strips on all sides
- Separate the leaves from the lettuce, wash and pluck them
- Prepare the paprika, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots (see photos), cut, slice and dice
- Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate
- Cover the lettuce leaves with the individual ingredients
- Season chicken strips (here with sweet chili sauce)
- Spread the chicken shredded on the lettuce petis
- arrange the other units decoratively on the plate
