Salad Plate with Chicken Strips

The perfect salad plate with chicken strips recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Chicken schnitzel
  • 1 St Colorful head of lettuce
  • Beetroot preserve drained
  • Canned corn
  • Buffalo mozzarella balls
  • Silver onions, canned, drained
  • Coleslaw
  • 2 St Diced tomatoes
  • 1 St Red peppers diced
  • Sweet Chili Sauce
  • Mustard pickle
  1. Cut the schnitzel into fine strips
  1. Briefly fry the chicken strips on all sides
  1. Separate the leaves from the lettuce, wash and pluck them
  1. Prepare the paprika, tomatoes, cucumber and carrots (see photos), cut, slice and dice
  1. Lay out the lettuce leaves on a plate
