Ingredients
 

For the chicken strips:

  • 2 tablespoon Sunflower oil
  • 600 g Chicken breast
  • 2 tablespoon Honey
  • 1,5 tablespoon Sesame
  • 1 tablespoon Aceto Balsamico Crema

For the bed of lettuce:

  • 1 piece Lettuce
  • 1 piece Cucumber
  • 10 piece Cocktail tomatoes
  • 10 piece Radish
  • 5 piece Spring onions
  • 5 piece Eggs

For the dressing:

  • 0,125 liter Cream
  • 1 tablespoon Aceto Balsamico Crema
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • 1 piece Egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • Salt and pepper
  • Sweet paprika powder
  • 20 g Parsley
  • 20 g Chives

Instructions

  • Cut the chicken breast into fine strips and fry in a pan with the oil that has already been heated. Then season with a little salt, pepper and paprika to taste. Just before serving, add the honey, balsamic cream and sesame seeds.

  • Wash the head of lettuce and tear it into fine leaves. Wash the cucumber and radishes and cut into thin pieces. Hard boil the eggs and cut into four quarters.
  • Put all the ingredients for the dressing in a shaker and shake well until a creamy dressing is formed.
  • Finally, put the lettuce leaves, cucumber slices, radish slices and tomato slices on a plate and place the chicken strips on top. Then carefully pour the dressing over it, if you like, and place the spring onion stick and the quartered eggs on the plate for decoration.
