Salad: Sheep Cheese Salad

The perfect salad: sheep cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Sheep cheese – cut small cubes
  • 1 Freshly diced cucumber, pitted
  • 6 Stems Chopped parsley
  • 6 Stems Fresh thyme – strip off the leaves
  • 6 tbsp Herb vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • White milled pepper
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  1. Put the sheep’s cheese cubes and cucumber cubes in a bowl.
  2. In a small bowl, stir together the oil, vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour over the sheep’s cheese and cucumber, mix and let steep for about 30 minutes
