Salad: Sheep Cheese Salad
The perfect salad: sheep cheese salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Sheep cheese – cut small cubes
- 1 Freshly diced cucumber, pitted
- 6 Stems Chopped parsley
- 6 Stems Fresh thyme – strip off the leaves
- 6 tbsp Herb vinegar
- 1 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- White milled pepper
- 3 tbsp Olive oil
- Put the sheep’s cheese cubes and cucumber cubes in a bowl.
- In a small bowl, stir together the oil, vinegar, herbs, salt and pepper. Pour over the sheep’s cheese and cucumber, mix and let steep for about 30 minutes
