Salad: Spaghetti Salad in No Time

The perfect salad: spaghetti salad in no time recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sauce:

  • 130 g Zucchini
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 1 Egg, boiled
  • 40 g Vegetable onion
  • Salt and pepper to your own taste
  • 1 Tl Basil
  • Flor de sal with paprika, not a must
  • 100 g Sour cream
  • 50 g Cream
  • 3 El Sweet-Sour chili sauce
  • 0,5 Lemon, the juice is needed
  1. Cook the spaghetti in salted water until al dente
  2. Boil the egg, peel it off and cut it into small pieces
  3. Cut the avocado, courgette and onion into small pieces, drizzle lemon juice onto the avocado immediately so that it does not discolour. I also seasoned the avocado with Flor de Sal. But that doesn’t have to be the case.
  4. Make the salad dressing from the sauce ingredients and season to taste.
  5. Cut the basil into small pieces.
  6. Mix all ingredients together. The salad tastes lukewarm to us. Otherwise leave it to stand through.
