Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ tbsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 6 tbsp vinegar (wine/spirit vinegar)
  • ½ onion(s), very finely diced
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 pinch of ground pepper
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

With this dressing even my husband likes to eat salad

Dissolve salt and sugar in vinegar and water, add onion and pepper. Finally, add the oil, and you’re done. It goes well with almost any leafy salad.
