Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 bunch of radishes
- 1 can of corn
- 2 small tomatoes
- 1 small can of black olives
- 500 g chicken breast fillet(s)
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 100 g herb cream cheese
- garlic powder
- salt and pepper
- chili flakes
- Ginger powder
- Vinegar
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes
Wash the lettuce and cut into strips. Dice the tomatoes and peppers. Slice the radishes. Combine everything in a bowl and add the can of corn and the olives. Mix everything together. Dress the salad with vinegar and oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and chili flakes. Cut the chicken breast fillet into strips or cubes and pour soy sauce over it. Mix together, then season with garlic powder, ginger powder, salt, and pepper. Then brown the meat thoroughly and finally add the cream cheese to the pan. Plate the salad and place the meat on top.
