Ingredients
 

  • 500 g Red cabbage
  • Salt
  • 4 tablespoon Vinegar raspberry
  • 0,5 tablespoon Sugar
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 Apple
  • 2 tablespoon Oil (sunflower olive)

Instructions
 

  • Clean the red cabbage, quarter it, remove the stalk. Slice very finely or cut into fine strips.
  • Put the cabbage in a bowl, lightly salt and mash until tender or knead with your hands.
  • Peel the onion and cut into fine cubes or strips. Peel the apple, remove the core and cut into fine strips.
  • Add the onion and apple to the cabbage. Add vinegar, sugar, a pinch of salt and oil, mix everything well. Then the herb has to steep for 20-30 minutes.
  • The salad tastes good with meat, game, poultry, but also with fish.
