Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ¼ head of red cabbage
  • Salt
  • Vinegar
  • 1 onion(s), small
  • 50 g bacon, diced
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes

Finely shred the cabbage, mix with salt and vinegar. Then season with finely chopped onion, sautéed bacon cubes, and oil, and let it marinate.
