Salad with extra spicy yogurt dressing

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 tbsp natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp oil
  • some dill tips
  • some vegetable broth
  • some salt
  • some spice mix, e.g. tomato-mozzarella spice
  • some thyme
  • 1 bell pepper(s)
  • 1 vine(s) of tomatoes
  • ½ cucumber(s)
  • 1 small head of iceberg lettuce
  • 3 carrots

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Chop the vegetables (optional) into small pieces and place them in a bowl. Pour the yogurt into a small bowl and season with salt, vegetable stock, thyme, and dill sprigs to taste. Of course, the spices and amounts can vary. Now add the dressing to the chopped vegetables and toss with the oil.
