Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 2 red bell peppers
- 2 onions
- 10 tbsp dressing (yogurt dressing)
- 5 tbsp vinegar (herbal vinegar – Kressi)
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 pack of mixed herbs (salad herbs)

easy and fast
Shred the iceberg lettuce (or other lettuce), wash it, and let it drain in a colander. Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized strips and the onions into rings. Combine the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, yogurt dressing (or French or American dressing), and 1 packet of salad herb mix. Add the lettuce, onions, and bell pepper strips and mix well.
