Salad with peppers and onions

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 head of iceberg lettuce
  • 2 red bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 10 tbsp dressing (yogurt dressing)
  • 5 tbsp vinegar (herbal vinegar – Kressi)
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 pack of mixed herbs (salad herbs)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

easy and fast

Shred the iceberg lettuce (or other lettuce), wash it, and let it drain in a colander. Cut the bell peppers into bite-sized strips and the onions into rings. Combine the vinegar, oil, lemon juice, yogurt dressing (or French or American dressing), and 1 packet of salad herb mix. Add the lettuce, onions, and bell pepper strips and mix well.
