Salad with Radishes and Gremolata

The perfect salad with radishes and gremolata recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 0,5 head Salad of your choice
  • 0,5 recipe Gremolata http://www./rezept/470476/Gremolata.html
  • 1 fully ripe Tomato
  • 8 Fresh radishes
  • 0,5 Lemon – just the juice
  1. Cut the prepared lettuce into bite-sized pieces, halve the tomato, remove the green wedge and then cut into 6 to 8 wedges, depending on the size; do not cut the radishes too coarsely.
  2. Arrange the salad and tomatoes on plates and spread the radish sticks over them, drizzle with lemon juice. Let it cool a little in the refrigerator, then the salad will be particularly refreshing and crisp.
  3. Cover with the gremolata just before serving.
