Croissant Pasta Salad with Radishes & Co
The perfect croissant pasta salad with radishes & co recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Spring onion fresh
- 300 g Croissant noodles
- Sea salt fine
- 1 Bd Fresh radishes
- 200 g Cream cheese with herbs
- Pepper from the grinder
- Chopped parsley
- Clean the spring onions, wash them thoroughly and cut them into rings. Cook the pasta “al dente” in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
- Add the sliced spring onions to the “Hörnle” in the water about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them. Then drain and drain, collecting 200 ml of the cooking water.
- Wash and clean the radishes, cut into quarters. Mix the cream cheese with the parsley and the collected cooking water. Mix with the cooked “Hörnle” and spring onions.
- Season the salad with sea salt and plenty of black pepper from the mill, to taste. Finally fold in the radish quarters.
- Divide the finished salad on plates and serve.
