Croissant Pasta Salad with Radishes & Co

  • 500 g Spring onion fresh
  • 300 g Croissant noodles
  • Sea salt fine
  • 1 Bd Fresh radishes
  • 200 g Cream cheese with herbs
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • Chopped parsley
  1. Clean the spring onions, wash them thoroughly and cut them into rings. Cook the pasta “al dente” in plenty of boiling salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Add the sliced ​​spring onions to the “Hörnle” in the water about 2 minutes before the end of the cooking time and cook with them. Then drain and drain, collecting 200 ml of the cooking water.
  3. Wash and clean the radishes, cut into quarters. Mix the cream cheese with the parsley and the collected cooking water. Mix with the cooked “Hörnle” and spring onions.
  4. Season the salad with sea salt and plenty of black pepper from the mill, to taste. Finally fold in the radish quarters.
  5. Divide the finished salad on plates and serve.
