Salad with smoked trout

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 5 gherkins
  • 1 trout fillet(s), smoked (125 g)
  • Cucumber juice
  • Onion(s), dried

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Clean the bell pepper, remove the seeds, and cut into small cubes. Quarter the apple, remove the core, and dice it finely. I do this with the skin on, but if you don’t like that, just peel the apple. Finely dice the gherkins. Mix everything together and add a little of the pickle juice. Cut the trout fillet into bite-sized pieces and arrange them over the salad. Sprinkle with the dried onions. Use fresh onions if you like.
