Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 eggs
- 300 g flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 cup of cream
- 125 g butter
- 200 g sugar
- 150 g almonds, sliced
- 3 tbsp milk
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Combine the top 5 ingredients and place them on a baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes at approximately 200°C. Meanwhile, bring the remaining ingredients to a boil in a saucepan, pour them onto the base, and bake for another 15 minutes. I use about 50g more of each ingredient for the topping because I like the almonds so much.
