Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 endive salad
- 1 lemon(s), untreated
- 200 g sour cream
- 2 tbsp sugar
- Salt
- pepper
- ½ bunch of dill
- black pepper, freshly ground
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Trim and wash the lettuce, spin dry, and tear into bite-sized pieces. Rinse the lemon with hot water, grate half of the zest, and squeeze the lemon juice. Mix the sour cream with the lemon zest and juice. Season with sugar, salt, and pepper. Finely chop the dill and stir in. Toss the lettuce with the dressing, grind over plenty of pepper, and serve immediately.
