Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 175 g butter
- 75 g margarine
- 25 g powdered sugar
- 1 packet of pudding powder (baking-proof pudding cream)
- 250 ml milk, 3.5% fat
- 300 g chocolate coating, 55% cocoa content

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 8 hours; Total time approx. 8 hours 30 minutes
particularly suitable for cupcakes or buttercream cakes with a fine chocolate note
Beat the butter, margarine, and powdered sugar until fluffy and white. Combine the custard powder with the milk and gradually stir into the whipped mixture. Melt the chocolate coating in a bain-marie and stir into the cream. Leave in the refrigerator overnight and then briefly beat again the next day.
