Ingredients
- 1 Pc. Cucumber
- 1 Pc. Yellow peppers
- 3 Pc. Spring onions
- 200 g Turkey cold cuts
- Salt and pepper
- Scatter herbs - garden herbs
- 3 tbsp Yoghurt dressing light
- Frozen dill
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber, cut in half and scrape out the core with a spoon, then slice it into thin slices. Quarter the peppers and slice into fine strips. Cut the spring onions into rings and the turkey slices into fine strips. Mix everything and season with salt, pepper and sprinkled herbs. Add the dressing and dill, stir and let steep for 1 hour.
