Salad with Fried Turkey Breast
The perfect salad with fried turkey breast recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 Cucumber
- 2 Tomatoes
- 1 Bell pepper
- 1 Carrot
- 250 g Mushrooms
- 1 Can Corn
- 200 g Mozzarella
- 1 bunch Fresh radishes
- 1 glass Olives
- 300 g Turkey breast
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1 El Cream
- 1 tsp Honey
- Spices at will
- 3 tbsp Yogurt
- Wash the vegetables and dice, cut into slices, quarter, eighth … mix everything in a large bowl. Cut the turkey breast into bite-sized cubes, season and fry to taste. Season the mustard, cream, honey, yoghurt and spices to a dressing and pour over the salad.
- 2nd TIP – of course you can leave out or add ingredients according to your own taste – if you like, you can also serve bread 🙂
