Salad with vinegar and oil

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 7 cl vinegar (white wine vinegar)
  • 4 cl oil (olive oil)
  • 250 g onion(s)
  • Parsley
  • pepper
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash and drain the iceberg lettuce. Tear the lettuce into small pieces (about 10 cm long and 5 cm wide) and place them in a bowl. For the dressing: Combine the vinegar, oil, salt, and pepper in a bowl and stir. Then finely chop the onion and parsley. Add this to the bowl and pour over the salad. Done.
