Salads: Carrot Salad

Ingredients
 

  • 2 size Carrots
  • 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
  • 1 small May beets (Navetten)
  • 1 smaller Belle de Boskoop Apples
  • 2 cm Horseradish
  • 0,5 Lemon
  • 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Salt
  • Black pepper from the mill

Instructions
 

  • For the salad, wash and peel the vegetables and apples. Roughly grate with a grater. Squeeze the lemon and pour it over the vegetables to prevent the apple from turning brown. Peel the horseradish and grate it over the salad on a fine grater. Season to taste with rapeseed oil, salt and pepper.
  • Let the salad stand for at least 1 hour and season it if necessary. The carrot salad was part of my salad bar today. I wish you a good appetite.
