Ingredients
- 2 size Carrots
- 0,5 Kohlrabi fresh
- 1 small May beets (Navetten)
- 1 smaller Belle de Boskoop Apples
- 2 cm Horseradish
- 0,5 Lemon
- 3 tbsp Rapeseed oil
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
Instructions
- For the salad, wash and peel the vegetables and apples. Roughly grate with a grater. Squeeze the lemon and pour it over the vegetables to prevent the apple from turning brown. Peel the horseradish and grate it over the salad on a fine grater. Season to taste with rapeseed oil, salt and pepper.
- Let the salad stand for at least 1 hour and season it if necessary. The carrot salad was part of my salad bar today. I wish you a good appetite.
