Ingredients
- 1 piece Duck breast raised
- Some fat for frying
- 5 piece Mushrooms brown
- 2 tablespoon Freshly cooked green peas
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 1 piece Apple
- 2 tablespoon Herbal cream *
- Salt and pepper
Instructions
- Fry the duck breast in a little fat until soft. Let cool down.
- Peel the apples and onions, clean the mushrooms and cut everything into small cubes.
- Mix together with the cooked green peas and the herb cream to form a salad.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
