Ingredients
 

  • 1 piece Duck breast raised
  • Some fat for frying
  • 5 piece Mushrooms brown
  • 2 tablespoon Freshly cooked green peas
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 1 piece Apple
  • 2 tablespoon Herbal cream *
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions
 

  • Fry the duck breast in a little fat until soft. Let cool down.
  • Peel the apples and onions, clean the mushrooms and cut everything into small cubes.
  • Mix together with the cooked green peas and the herb cream to form a salad.
  • Season to taste with salt and pepper.
