Ingredients

  • 1 smaller Chinese cabbage fresh
  • 2 Grapefruit
  • 1 tbsp Rapeseed oil
  • Sugar

Instructions

  • Remove the leaves from the Chinese cabbage and wash and dry the leaves. Halve the leaves lengthways in the middle and cut into strips. Peel and fillet the grapefruits, add the resulting juice to the cabbage, and also squeeze out the skins well. Add rapeseed oil to the cabbage and round off the salad with sugar.
  • I didn't need acid, the grapefruit was enough. You have to try how much you need with the sugar, it depends on the grapefruit. I wish you bon appetite with the quick salad.
