  • 250 g Pork, cooked or fried
  • 2 piece Carrots
  • 1 piece Fresh onion
  • 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
  • 100 g Mustard or honey pickles
  • 1 pinch Sweet paprika
  • 0,5 tablespoon Parsley, dried – I’ll have to wait for the fresh one
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill

  1. Peel and dice the carrots. Cook in a little water – without salt – until soft and then drain.
  2. Small meat, cucumber and eggs, peel the onion and cut into eighth rings.
  3. Make the mayonnaise as indicated in the recipe and mix all the ingredients together well. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
