Salads: Meat Salad Freezer
The perfect salads: meat salad freezer recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Pork, cooked or fried
- 2 piece Carrots
- 1 piece Fresh onion
- 2 piece Hard-Boiled eggs
- 100 g Mustard or honey pickles
- 1 pinch Sweet paprika
- 0,5 tablespoon Parsley, dried – I’ll have to wait for the fresh one
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill

- Peel and dice the carrots. Cook in a little water – without salt – until soft and then drain.
- Small meat, cucumber and eggs, peel the onion and cut into eighth rings.
- Make the mayonnaise as indicated in the recipe and mix all the ingredients together well. Let it sit for about 30 minutes.
