simply delicious, makes 24 pieces

Bring butter, salt, and 200 ml water to a boil. Sift in the flour and stir until a ball of dough forms and a white layer forms on the bottom. Let the dough cool in a bowl for about 10 minutes. In the meantime, skin the salami and cut into fine cubes. Beat the eggs and beat into the ball of dough. Stir in the salami cubes and grated cheese. Using two spoons, scoop out walnut-sized balls of dough and place them, leaving some space between them, on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Let cool. Delicious with wine.
