Salami – Ham Toast

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 slices of toast
  • herb butter
  • 2 slice(s) ham, cooked
  • 2 slices of salami
  • 1 beefsteak tomato(s)
  • 1 cucumber(s)
  • 1 egg(s), hard-boiled
  • Salt
  • Pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tbsp crème fraîche
  • 2 tbsp curry ketchup
  • 2 slices cheese (Gouda), medium-aged

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Toast the bread and spread with herb butter or regular butter. Top with the ham and salami. Slice the vegetables and egg, place on top of the cold cuts, and sprinkle with salt and pepper. Mix the curry ketchup and crème fraîche and spread on top. Place on top of the cheese slices and bake in the oven for about 6 minutes.
