Salami Pizza with Mozzarella
The perfect salami pizza with mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 0,5 cube Yeast fresh
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 170 ml Lukewarm water
- 300 g Flour
- 4 tbsp Oil
- Salt and pepper
- 1 medium sized Onion red
- 1 Red peppers
- 200 g Mozzarella
- 8 Discs Salami
- 150 g Sieved tomatos
- 1 tsp Dried oregano
- 2 Stalk Parsley
- Crumble the yeast and dissolve it with sugar in a little lukewarm water. Put the flour in a bowl, make a well in the middle and pour the yeast mixture into it. Mix with a little flour and cover the dough in a warm place for about 15 minutes.
- Add the oil, salt and pepper, knead into a smooth dough and let rise for another 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 180 ° C (gas: level 2, convection: 160 ° C).
- Peel the onion and cut into rings. Wash the bell peppers, halve, core and cut into strips. Pat the mozzarella dry and cut into cubes. Cut the salami into strips. Knead the yeast dough well again and roll out on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Mix the tomatoes with oregano, salt and pepper and brush the dough with it. Cover the pizza with strips of salami, paprika, onion rings and mozzarella cubes and bake in the oven on the middle rack for about 25 minutes. Roughly chop the parsley. Serve the salami pizza sprinkled with parsley.
