Confectionery: Filled Dates
The perfect confectionery: filled dates recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 20 piece Pitted dates
- 20 g Raw nougat mass
- 20 piece Almonds whole, skinned
- 20 g Bitter chocolate
- The quantities given are approximate quantities, as you cannot use all the dates in one bag. You must also expect that some of the almonds will fall by the wayside when it comes to dividing the almonds.
- Cut the dates in half. Melt the nougat and pour it into the cavity of the dates, decorating each with half an almond. Put something into the fridge.
- As soon as the nougat has set, dip half of it in dark chocolate melted over a water bath and let it set on a foil.
- Store in a cool place afterwards.
