Salmon sandwich with avocado "petit prince"

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 60 g salmon, in slices
  • 1 slice(s) white bread
  • 1 tbsp cream cheese
  • some arugula
  • ½ avocado(s)
  • 1 orange slice(s)
  • 1 pinch(s) of pink pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Lightly toast the bread. Spread the cream cheese on top and top with arugula. Then place the salmon slices on top. Slice the avocado into strips and place on top of the salmon. Top with the orange slice, followed by the pink peppercorns.
