Salmon and cream cheese bites

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 215 g sour cream
  • 170 g cream cheese
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 6 small party rolls, approx. 30 g each
  • 260 g salmon (carpaccio)
  • 6 tsp olive oil
  • 1 lemon(s), juice
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Add the sour cream and horseradish to the cream cheese and mix until creamy. Season with salt and pepper. Halve the rolls and spread a dollop of cream on each one. Roll up the salmon carpaccio slices and place them on the cream. Mix the olive oil with the lemon juice and drizzle a teaspoon of it over each portion of the salmon. Garnish with parsley. Serve with the remaining cream.
