Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g salmon fillet(s), cut into 4 portions
- 4 limes, thinly sliced
- 1 lime zest, coarse
- 100 ml teriyaki sauce
- 4 spring onions, without green parts, cut into thin rings
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 23 minutes
Line a baking dish with lime slices and arrange the salmon on top. Brush each serving with 2-3 tablespoons of teriyaki sauce and sprinkle with lime zest. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 10-13 minutes and serve sprinkled with spring onions.
