Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 12 slices of salmon
  • 1 baguette(s)
  • some cream cheese
  • 6 tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 6 tbsp honey
  • salt and pepper
  • n. B. Dill
  • n. B. Cress

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Divide the baguette into approximately 6 equal pieces, cut them in half, and toast them. Mix the mustard and honey together and season with pepper, salt, and dill. Spread the baguette with cream cheese, place the salmon on top, and drizzle with a little honey mustard. Season with salt and pepper if desired and garnish with cress.
