Ingredients for 8 servings:

  • 12 slices of toast
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 350 g mayonnaise
  • 300 ml whipped cream
  • 1 can of tuna
  • 300 g ham, cooked
  • 500 g crabs, peeled
  • 3 eggs, hard-boiled
  • 1 bunch of dill

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Whip the cream until stiff, then mix with the quark and mayonnaise. Divide this mixture into three parts. Mix the first part with the finely chopped tuna in a bowl. Mix the second part with the finely chopped cooked ham in a bowl. We need the third part for spreading. Spread a slice of toast with the mixture from part 1, place a slice of toast on top, spread this with the mixture from part 2, and then another slice of toast. Now spread the third part of the cream on this cake (also on the sides). Place the cake in the refrigerator until ready to serve. Repeat step 4 until all the toast slices have been used up. Just before serving, garnish with crab, chopped dill, and quartered hard-boiled eggs.
