Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g flour
  • 3 eggs
  • ½ tsp baking powder
  • 100 ml oil
  • 125 ml milk
  • 100 g cheese, grated
  • 150 g smoked salmon, finely chopped
  • Butter, for the mold
  • Flour , for the shape

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Beat the eggs until frothy. Add the milk, flour, and baking powder and mix until smooth. Add the oil, cheese, and salmon and mix well. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan and bake at 170 degrees Celsius for approximately 45-50 minutes.
