Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 packs of cream cheese
  • 1 pack margarine (natural brunch)
  • 5 tbsp cream
  • 200 g smoked salmon
  • 2 tsp horseradish
  • ½ bunch of dill
  • ½ bunch chives
  • ½ bunch parsley

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Finely chop the dill, chives, and parsley. Cut the salmon into thin strips. Mix together the cream cheese, brunch, cream, and horseradish. Fold the herbs and salmon into the mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Line a bowl with cling film. Pour in the mixture and refrigerate overnight. Turn out the next day and decorate the edges with dill and salmon strips. Serve with bread or crackers.
