Salmon casserole, simple and delicious

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 salmon fillets, frozen
  • 1 bag of soup (Scandinavian crab soup)
  • 250 g sour cream
  • ½ liter of milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place salmon in an ungreased casserole dish. Combine soup, cream, and milk and pour over the salmon. Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 40 minutes. Serve with rice or noodles.
