Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 250 g cream cheese, natural
- 1 jar salmon (schnitzel salmon)
- 1 small onion(s)
- 3 eggs, boiled
- possibly herbs
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes
Finely chop the onion. Chop the hard-boiled eggs as well. Mix everything together with the cream cheese and the salmon schnitzel. Chill the spread. If desired, add parsley or dill.
