Salmon curry

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g salmon fillet(s)
  • ½ lemon(s)
  • Salt
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp cumin, ground
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 1 can coconut milk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Season the salmon with lemon juice, salt, and cut into bite-sized pieces. Chop the onions and garlic, sauté in oil with the spices, and stir in the coconut milk. Add the salmon to the sauce and let it simmer for 15 minutes. Serve with whole-grain basmati rice and salad.
