Salmon, egg and caviar bread

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 slice(s) white bread
  • 1 tsp butter
  • 1 pinch(s) salt
  • 1 pinch(s) nutmeg
  • 2 eggs
  • 50 g smoked salmon
  • 2 tsp caviar, German

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 8 minutes; Total time approx. 13 minutes

ideal for brunch

Whisk two eggs with a pinch of salt and a little grated nutmeg. Fry in a pan over medium heat until you have an omelet. Set aside on a plate. Spread the bread generously with butter. Arrange the salmon on the bread and place the omelet on top. Add the caviar.
