Salmon fillet in herb cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 300 g salmon fillet(s), fresh
  • some lemon juice
  • 1 cup of cream, approx. 200 g
  • 1 pack of herb cream cheese, approx. 200 g
  • Salt
  • 1 egg yolk

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Melt some margarine in a pan, fry the salmon fillet, squeeze a little lemon juice over it, and season with salt. When the salmon is cooked, add the cream and bring to a boil. Mix the sauce with the cream cheese and egg yolk and bring back to a boil. Season with salt. We served it with pasta with olive oil and fresh arugula salad.
