Salmon fillet with grainy mustard and sour cream sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 800 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 4 tsp mustard, grainy
  • 1 tsp dill, finely chopped
  • ½ tsp parsley, finely chopped
  • Pepper from the mill to taste
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the salmon on oiled aluminum foil and place it on a baking sheet. Mix the sour cream with mustard, pepper, dill, and parsley and brush it over the salmon. Bake on the middle rack at 170°C (fan oven) for 45-50 minutes.
