Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 600 g salmon fillet(s)
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 10 tbsp olive oil
  • some butter
  • some salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 sprig(s) of thyme
  • 1 sprig(s) rosemary

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour

Delicious juicy spicy salmon grilled (or baked) in aluminum foil

Squeeze the lemon and mix it with the remaining ingredients (except the salmon). Rub the lemon juice all over the salmon fillet and let it sit in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes. Wrap the fillet in aluminum foil and place it on the grill for about 20 minutes. The fish is cooked when it turns pale pink. Alternatively, the fish can also be cooked in the oven at 200°C.
